Unlike western clothes, which have a completed design before being put on, a kimono is beautifully completed when it is put on. Depending on how you put it on, you can wear it comfortably and easily.
From an elegant point of view, it's important to kimono dressing skills. That is why I take pride in my work as a kimono dresser and face it with a noble spirit.
This is my first work as kimono stylist. Thank you for the valuable experience. It was a great and happy time.
These kimonos are made from silk. This is a real kimono. I was able to express the beauty of kimono, the preciousness of kimono culture, and the pride of being Japanese, all of which I hold dear to my heart, with dignity in my photographs.
From Japan to the world, we will continue to transmit the sublime beauty of the Japanese national costume, the kimono.

きものは、着る前にデザインが完成された洋服と違い、着付けることによって美しい装いが完成します。着付け方次第で、楽に心地よく着ることが出来るお召しものです。
お洒落の観点から、着付けの技術はとても大事なことだと考えます。
だからこそ、私は着付師の仕事にプライドを持ち、気高い精神を持って向き合っています。
今の私が大事にしたいと心に抱いている、きものの美しさ、和装文化の尊さ、日本人としての誇り、それらを品位を持って表現した世界を写真に収めることが出来ました。

着付師・きものスタイリストの立場としては、きもの本来の美しさ、日本の民族衣装として和装の美しさが日本に、世界に発信する場になればと考えて今回の撮影に臨んでおります。
